Aurora is the French-Norwegian Hubert Curien Partnership (PHC). It is implemented in Norway by the Research Council of Norway and in France by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR).
Nine projects have been selected for the year 2025. The themes of the selected projects are: health, oceanography, energy, environment, and new technologies.
