Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply specifically to applicants from Norway who submit their applications through the online form on www.france.no for the #MyGreenErasmus+inFrance contest. Other Nordic countries may have similar terms tailored to their specific requirements.

1. Organisers of the Contest: Campus France Nordics (French Institutes in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland) and Interrail EU.

2. Who can participate? To be eligible, you must be:
2.1 A student currently enrolled at a university or educational institution in Norway.
2.2 Participating in an Erasmus+ mobility program as an exchange student in France for the 2024/2025 academic year.

3. Application requirements: Complete the online application form titled «#MyGreenErasmus+inFrance» at www.france.no, providing the following information:
3.1 Full name
3.2 Date of birth
3.3 Email address
3.4 Home university/institution in Norway
3.5 Area of study
3.6 Host university/institution in France
3.7 Type of stay (exchange or internship)
3.8 Motivations for preferring to travel by train (Select all that apply from 3.8.1 to 3.8.6):
3.8.1 Environmental sustainability
3.8.2 Comfort and convenience
3.8.3 Scenic views and sightseeing
3.8.4 Cost-effectiveness
3.8.5 Cultural experience and meeting new people
3.8.6 Other: [write]
3.9 Create a text, a photo with a caption or a short video (maximum 30 seconds) that showcases your preparation for your Erasmus+ stay in France, your views on mobility and your excitement to discover the country. Please upload the file in the application form in one of the following formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF or MP4.

4. Postcard Requirement and Social Media: If selected, you will need to send us a postcard from France and share it on your social media account. Highlight your academic and cultural experiences by using the hashtag #MyGreenErasmus+inFrance. Be sure to showcase your train journeys and the destinations you visit with your Interrail Pass, allowing your creativity to shine. In your post, tag Campus France Norge (@campusfrancenorge), Interrail EU (@interraileu), and the French Institute in Norway (@ifnorvege). Additionally, Campus France Norge can be included as a co-creator in a shared post.

6. Prize: The winner will receive an Interrail Erasmus+ Pass with 6 travel days within 6 months.

7. Calendar: Applications for the contest will be open from October 9, 2024, and winners will be announced progressively starting in mid-November until the available number of passes is reached.

8. Content Sharing and Usage Rights: By participating in the contest, contestants allow the organisers to use their content on their social media and website, crediting the author of the content. Contributions shared during this contest may be used for communication on the organisers’ social media and websites. The organisers can also utilize the content in future events and on social media as part of their mission to promote higher education in France.

9. Data Protection: In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, your personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of this contest and future communications related to Campus France Norge, Eurail and the French Institute in Norway. Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You have the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data at any time by contacting the organisers.

10. Agreement: By participating in this contest, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined by Campus France Norge and Eurail. This includes, but is not limited to, the eligibility criteria, the selection process, and the use of your personal data as described above.
